Ruff N Tidy is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we,” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. By accepting the services, you hire us for, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”).
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, grass height, access to your yard (which is your own responsibility), and other unknown outside influences.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Ruff N Tidy offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One-Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Cleanings. All pricing is based on typical tract home size lots of 10,000 sq ft or less. Larger areas will have an additional charge.
ACCESSING YOUR YARD
The customer understands that if Ruff N Tidy can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked, blocked or otherwise inaccessible gates or aggressive dogs in the yard, the cleaning will be skipped, and charges will still apply. Ruff N Tidy suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests a return visit, a $10 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.
SERVICE DAY
We will assign you a service day based on when we are in your area and you will be able to expect our services each week on that day. However, we cannot commit to a specific time as our routes are constantly in fluctuation with client activity and traffic conditions.
WEATHER
Ruff N Tidy will work through the rain, cold and heat as long as it is safe to do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, wildfire smoke, extreme high or low temperatures or flooding.
Ruff N Tidy is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. If service is missed due to weather, we will resume service the following week and pick up all waste accumulated since the last visit. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee availability. Additionally, we avoid causing yard damage; if the yard is excessively muddy, we may skip service until conditions improve.
HOLIDAYS
Ruff N Tidy does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled pick-up day falls on a holiday, we will skip service that week and resume the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick-up.
BILLING
Ruff N Tidy pre-bills monthly for our services. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month. If your payment is declined, service will be discontinued until the issue is resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean-up, a first-time clean-up fee will be applied. Service pauses are limited to 30 days; after this period, you will be removed from the schedule. One-Time Cleanings are billed after completion, with payment due within 24 hours. Accounts overdue by 30 days may be turned over to collections.
LEAVES, DEBRIS, AND TALL GRASS
We strive to clean your yard to the best of our ability. However, the customer understands that tall grass, leaves, or debris can make locating dog waste difficult. Missed waste due to these conditions will be addressed during the next scheduled visit if yard maintenance has been completed. If you find an excessive amount missed, please notify us promptly at ruffntidy@gmail.com.
ADDITIONAL FEES
The following additional fees may apply:
– Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks: $5/visit
– Return visit requests: $10/one time
– Waiting for yard access: $5/visit
– Property exceeding 10,000 sq ft: $10 per additional 10,000 sq ft/visit
PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information provided voluntarily by you, including your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and details about your pets. This information is used solely for providing our services. Ruff N Tidy does not sell your information to third parties.
We may share information with third-party providers for purposes such as payment processing or service maintenance. We may also share information in connection with legal processes or law enforcement requests as required by law.
REVISIONS
Ruff N Tidy may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting updated Terms to our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SHUTDOWN
Ruff N Tidy reserves the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Billing will continue at the normal monthly rate unless you fully clean your yard during this period.
ADDITIONAL FEES
– Late payment fee: $10, applied to bills not paid by the 3rd of each month.
By hiring Ruff N Tidy for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
