Our Owner
Ruff N Tidy was founded to serve our local community with the same values I lived by in the Air Force: integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. After retiring from military service, I saw an opportunity to create a family business that not only helps our neighbors but also teaches my three kids the value of hard work, entrepreneurship, and community service.
Working side by side with my oldest son, who’s 14, we’ve built Ruff N Tidy from the ground up. Together, we’re committed to offering convenient, dependable, and professional dog waste removal services tailored to your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our process is simple and hassle-free! We visit your property on a regular schedule to remove dog waste from your yard. You don’t even need to be home during the visit. We securely double bag the waste and dispose of it in your trash bins, leaving your yard fresh and ready to enjoy. If your bins are full we’ll take the waste with us. We send a text when on the way and a photo of your latched gate on our way out ensuring no pets or children make any unexpected escapes after we leave.
Our pricing depends on the number of dogs and the frequency of service. We offer weekly, twice a week, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanup options. Use the quote button at the bottom of this page for a personalized quote that fits your needs and budget.

We currently serve neighborhoods and communities within the Murrieta/Temecula Valley including some of Wildomar with plans to expand coverage to neighboring cities soon. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just reach out, and we’ll be happy to confirm.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred day, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep our technicians efficient and in backyards scooping instead of spending excess time on the road. Your service day won’t change week to week though.

Nope! We offer flexible, no-contract service plans. You can use our services for as long as you need without worrying about being locked into a commitment.
Our client subscriptions are pre-billed monthly on a rolling schedule meaning the day you sign up will be your bill due date going forward. Your card will be automatically deducted for the scheduled service you signed up for.
As a rule, we prefer that dogs be left inside. Even the friendliest dogs can be protective of their yard when a stranger enters. If your dog is extra friendly, and they get to know our technicians, we do enjoy a quick petting or playtime with your dog! To help you remember that we’re coming, and that your dog should be kept inside, we send an on-the-way text the day of your scheduled service.
